A while ago I received a lovely Memory Box die by surprise in a package from Simon Says Stamp as part of a promo. I wasn't really sure how I was going to use it, so put it away for a while. I pulled it out a couple of weeks ago, determined to come up with something and I am quite happy with the result. Glitter paper and coloured foam, a word die and BOOM! It all came together. The results are below!
It is a little difficult to tell, but the light coloured glitter paper is actually pale pink.
The pink coloured foam helps add dimension and adds to the overall look - I love it!
The reverse of the card above = no wastage and a quick second card. The sentiments are cut from cardstock and covered with glossy accents.
I plan on placing a light coloured circle on the inside - alternatively using a fancy marker may be cool to write a fancy message!
I am entering these into the following challenges:
1) Ladybug Crafts June Challenge - Use Your Dies
2) Glitter n Sparkle Challenge Blog - Include a Diecut
Thanks for dropping by!
